Thrift Store Challenge | Senior Portrait Contest | Charleston, SC Senior Photographer

Hey all! So, I heard of this challenge through another photographer, and was super impressed with some of the outfits these girls put together and just loved the idea all together. I’m super excited about this challenge locally and can’t wait to see who joins and what we come up with!

The details:

I’ll start collecting names of those who want to participate Wednesday, October 10th and will randomly choose 3-4 names Friday, October 12th. Parents will have to sign a model release if participant is under 18 years old, so please be sure they’re aware that you’re entering. We will set up a day next week where I will meet with each person separately for our Thrift Store shopping spree. Sessions will be done in Summerville, Mount Pleasant, Charleston or other nearby locations and must be completed by October 31st. Voting will run November 5-9th and the winner will be announced November 9th.

The Voting: Your images will be shared on my DWP Instagram and Facebook pages. The images with the most “likes” on both IG and FB will win the Grand Prize. Please note: you may share your images, but to keep it simple the only votes to be counted will be the “likes” on the DWP page images.

Each contestant will receive a gallery phone app with their images from the Thrift Store Mini Challenge. These are fun phone apps that are great for sharing and emailing! And of course, an awesome $20 outfit!!

It may seem like a lot logistically, but as you can see the grand prize is HUGE! So I had to make it a little challenging! ;)
